What is Awana?

AWANA is a time of fun and learning for kids preschool through sixth.

For K-6 we have the sparks (K-2), the TnT Boys (boys 3-6) and TnT Girls (girls 3-6).  We start with singing and praising God and then listen to a special speaker who brings truths from the Bible.  Sometimes we learn about other kids in far away places, or watch a funny skit acted out by our "professionals" =).  It's a great way to keep the kids entertained while teaching them the most important parts of life.

Then the kids open up their AWANA books and fill out blanks and memorize verses and read riddles.  All of which bring them a better understanding of God's Word and who He is.

Then we have game-time and let the kids just have some good ol' fun playing various team-oriented games in our gym.

We also offer a fun time for the preschool kids in our Cubbies group.
